COMPLIMENTARY WHITE GLOVE

In-home/office white glove delivery is complimentary with our Modern History Furniture orders. Upon delivery, the white glove shippers will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice (transport for up to 2 flights of stairs is included with white glove delivery) and discard the packing materials for you. Assembly service is not included.

IN-STOCK furniture will ship freight from the North Carolina Warehouse within 7-10 business days after the date of online order. We will contact you by phone or email with information regarding the freight company that will be delivering your furniture. You will receive a phone call, to the number you input when you placed your online order, from the white glove delivery service. They will call you to arrange a time/date to deliver your furniture.

WHEN DAMAGES OCCUR DURING FREIGHT DELIVERY

While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition, there are some things that are beyond our control. We would like to claim that damages do not occur during transit, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Our freight carriers handle your pieces with great care but it is important to understand that from time to time damages do occur. If your piece arrives damaged, the freight company reserves the right to have the piece repaired and brought back to the manufacturer’s standards at their expense. They do this by sending the piece to a furniture medic or back to the manufacturer for a repair/rebuild. If the freight carrier determines the piece cannot be repaired, you have the right to have another piece rushed at no additional charge and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
